Your repair information

When you submit a repair request, your name, email address, optional phone number, device details, issue description and consent are sent to RepairLab through Formspree. RepairLab uses this information to review your request and contact you about repair options.

Formspree processes submissions and delivers notification emails. Learn more in Formspree's privacy policy. Your submission may be held in RepairLab's Formspree account and notification inbox. This website does not save form details in browser storage.

Questions about your information

To ask about information you submitted, including requesting correction or deletion, send a request through the repair form. Choose Other electronics, enter Privacy inquiry for the device and describe your request. Do not include sensitive identification documents.

Website operation

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting and form providers may process technical request information to operate and secure their services. The site does not include advertising or analytics scripts.

Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your request. Photo uploads are not currently enabled.
